This show was Catharsis’s first reunion show before A389 Fest and Man Will Destroy Himself’s second to last show ever. I haven’t seen Catharsis since they played with Swank and Zegota at 533 Uprisings in 1999? I was super excited to see how much energy Brian brought to the stage because I’m used to him stuck behind a guitar in From The Depths. Lots of stage banter from him as you can imagine, less political and more nostalgic even though he talked about their show that night being about looking forward and not looking back. Apologies to Gut Feeling for not getting any of their set recorded.
